Amy Parsons

Amy Parsons has a solid background in human resources, with experience spanning over 30 years. Amy currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at WOOD Consulting Services, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as Director of Human Resources at MELE Associates, Inc. from October 2008 to August 2022. Amy also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Wells Fargo Insurance Services from September 2004 to October 2008, and as a Manager of Human Resources & Administration at United Companies, Inc. from November 1992 to August 2004.

Amy Parsons obtained a BBA in Marketing from Marshall University from 1984 to 1990. Amy then pursued an MBA at Alaska Pacific University from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2002, and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in September 2015.
