Thomas Kenny

Thomas Kenny is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Woodward, Inc. since March 2021, with prior experience as a Project Engineer at Freedman Seating Company from September 2013 to August 2020. At Freedman Seating, Thomas developed over 100 custom seating layouts for the Heavy Duty Transit market and successfully applied A3 Problem Solving techniques to redesign a flagship bus seat. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at EMD, where Thomas collaborated with suppliers and systems engineers to develop blowers for locomotive ventilation, and as a student at the University of Notre Dame, where Thomas designed an unmanned aerial vehicle prototype.
