Lee Farthing

Head of Product at WorkCast

Lee Farthing began their work experience in 2004 as a Multimedia Designer at E-Cat Partners. Lee then joined WorkCast in 2010 and held various roles such as Multimedia Designer, Head of Design, Head of Integration & Experience, and currently, they are serving as the Head of Product. In their current role, Lee is responsible for the global product roadmap, ensuring strategic product direction, and scalability. Lee has also played a crucial role in the re-design of the WorkCast Webinar Platform and implementing continued platform growth.

Lee Farthing has a BA Hons degree in Graphic Design with a field of study in Computing & Design from the University of Teesside. Lee also obtained an MA in Creative Multimedia with a field of study in Computing & Design from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Lee has certifications in Email Marketing and HubSpot Design, both obtained from the HubSpot Academy in October 2017.
