Learning and Assessment Support Agent 

Location: Midwest, East Coast, Spain, UK, or the Netherlands - willingness to work in part with US timezones (minimum 4 hours overlap)
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Contract Duration: min. 3 months
Employment Type: Contractor

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (internal, external, or client-specific) to manage and analyze content that is technically accurate, pedagogically sound, and engaging for learners.
  • Curate high-quality online learning content, including courses, short articles, coding exercises, and more, across various subject areas with our automation.
  • Diagnose and resolve simple user and technical issues: triage customer queries,  recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities.
  • Customer-first: Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via email, chat, or phone. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Pull in the right resources to quickly and effectively solve issues. Work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to share customer and learner feedback.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS and fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of experience with basic coding, such as HTML or Python
  • You strive to continually improve our processes and your individual work, aiming for 10x improvements. You take pride in your work and hold yourself and others to high standards. 
  • You show strong (cross-functional) ownership and collaborate well across functions and within your team. 
  • You are highly willing to learn and experiment with the latest GenAI technology. You are comfortable experimenting, learning what works and what doesn’t, and continuously iterating. Moreover, you are curious and consistently seek to understand better our clients and how we can serve them through state-of-the-art assessments.
  • You are incredibly discerning in where and how you spend your time. You focus on high-impact tasks and projects to maximize the impact of your work. You seek to learn from each internal project you complete.
  • You are commercially minded. Everything you do, you do with our clients in mind.
  • You act with urgency. You excel at project management and hold yourself and your team accountable for the timely delivery of tasks.
