Larry Gast III

Larry Gast III currently serves in Community Relations at WorkflowAI, focusing on enhancing customer engagement for a developer tool aimed at simplifying development with large language models (LLMs). Previously, Larry held the position of Head of Customer Support at SUSH.app, delivering exceptional experiences to over 4 million users. From May 2020 to June 2023, Larry was Head of Support at Jumbo Privacy, where a support function was established, driving customer insights and product improvements through collaboration with various teams. Earlier roles include Customer Support Specialist at Aptfolk, SEO Analyst at Lionbridge, and English Language Immersion Teacher in China.
