Crystal Wheeldon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

Crystal currently works at Workhuman as a Senior Product Manager, a role they started in July 2022.

Prior to that, they were employed at MSD Biotech Dublin as an Information Technology Business Analyst from May 2021 to July 2022.

From January 2020 to February 2021, Crystal worked at Workday as a Senior Product Manager in their Learning division. Before that, they held the position of Product Manager, Time Tracking from January 2018 to January 2020.

Crystal's earlier experience includes working at ICON plc from May 2014 to January 2018 as a Senior Business Analyst/Change Management Lead.

From 2005 to 2014, they worked as a Contractor specializing in HRIS/Learning/Finance projects at MSD. In this role, they improved the lives of admins and end users as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and IT Consultant. Crystal worked on multiple initiatives for HR, Finance, and Payroll domains, focusing on software implementation, process improvements, change management, and user training.

Crystal began their career at Organon in March 2002, where they served as an Application Analyst for HR, Time and Absence, Learning & Development, Finance, and Payroll.

Crystal started their professional journey at Software Paths in August 1999 as a Learning Trainer/Consultant. During their time there, they developed and delivered training courses, online Help files, and technical documents for various corporate clients. Crystal also provided network implementation, training, and support, earning Microsoft qualifications including MSCE and MCP.

Crystal Wheeldon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Western Illinois University. Additionally, they studied Political Science at Vanderbilt University. Crystal has obtained various certifications, including People Analytics, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, Design Thinking: Customer Experience, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Instructional Design: Needs Analysis, Instructional Design: Storyboarding, Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding, Learn API Documentation with JSON and XML, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Crystal is also a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster.
