Corporate Sales Director, Central at Workhuman

Robbie Floyd has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the employee engagement and recognition industry. Since February 2021, they have been working as the Corporate Sales Director, Central at Workhuman, a fast-growing social recognition and performance management platform. Prior to that, from February 2019 to February 2021, Robbie served as an Account Executive at Nudge, a company focused on connecting brands with frontline staff to improve engagement and performance. From May 2010 to February 2019, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at Inspirus, where they played a key role in developing innovative employee engagement platforms and recognition products. Before Inspirus, Robbie held various roles at Diamond H Recognition (now known as Inspirus), including Vice President of Sales for the US markets, National Sales Manager, and Dealer Division Manager. Throughout their career, Robbie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth and customer retention.

Robbie Floyd obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 1991 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Robbie also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include Challenger Fundamentals - Sales Coaching from Challenger, Sales Challenger from CEB, ILP (Integrated Leadership Program) from Stagen, and CRP (Certified Recognition Professional) from Recognition Professionals International. Robbie obtained these certifications in 2023, 2017, 2014, and 2008 respectively.
