Weichen Zhu

Weichen Zhu has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. They are currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Engagement at Workhuman since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Product Strategy at Quince from February 2021 to January 2022. Weichen also held positions at Wayfair, where they served as the General Manager of Hardware and General Manager of Pet from June 2018 to January 2021. Before joining Wayfair, they worked at Cengage as the Vice President of International Strategy and Business Development from January 2018 to June 2018. Additionally, Weichen worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2013 to December 2017. They also gained experience through previous roles such as Summer Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Summer Associate Law Clerk at Maynard Cooper & Gale, Consultant at Oliver Wyman, and Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Weichen Zhu graduated from Harvard Law School with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they completed their undergraduate education at Harvard University, earning an AB degree, magna cum laude, with a major in Economics.
