Zoe Peterson-Ward is the Chief Customer Officer at Workhuman. Zoe has over a decade of experience in customer success and operations management.

Zoe started their career at Avaya in 2007, where they were responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives and helping business executives prepare for change. In their four years at Avaya, Zoe rose to the position of Worldwide Channel Operations.

In 2011, Zoe moved to Salesforce, where they became the Senior Director of Customer Success. In this role, Zoe was responsible for building relationships with senior executives within Salesforce's customer base and maximizing their success with the Salesforce platform. Zoe was with Salesforce for four years before joining Workhuman in 2015.

At Workhuman, Zoe is responsible for driving customer success and engagement. Zoe is passionate about helping organizations achieve their potential and making Workhuman the best workplace collaboration platform in the world.

Zoe Peterson-Ward has a BS in Electric Engineering from Union College and a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Administrator.
