Zulay Jancarla Urbina Diaz has diverse work experience in various industries. From 2022, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at Workhuman, assisting customers with their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through email and phone communication. Prior to that, starting in 2014, they worked as a Spanish Teacher for O'Hara Family, teaching students of different ages and levels, creating engaging lesson plans, and facilitating individual and group coaching sessions. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an Internet Marketing Analyst at Double Helix Limited, responsible for managing social media content, conducting market analysis, and translating online content.
