Samantha Groom

Samantha Groom has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Samantha is currently working as a Senior Director of Human Resources at World Fuel Services. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Director at both Ignite Hubs and Netcompany. Samantha also has experience as a Human Resources Director and Senior HR Business Partner at World Fuel Services. In addition, they worked at BT as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Manager in the HR Programme Management Office. Before that, Samantha held the position of HR Business Partner at PA Consulting Group, Rabobank, and Banco Santander. Samantha began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Banco Santander and briefly worked as an Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Samantha Groom completed their LLB in Law and French Law at Sheffield Hallam University from 2004 to 2008. Samantha then pursued further studies at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2005 to 2008, specializing in French and European Business Law. In 2008-2009, Samantha attended BPP Law School to obtain their LPC (Legal Practice Course) certification.
