Kevin Fallon is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at World Insurance Associates LLC. Kevin also serves as a Maxwell Certified Leadership and Performance Coach, Speaker, and Trainer at Maxwell Leadership. Previously, Kevin held positions such as the Director of Career Services at Salisbury University and Rider University, as well as Vice President roles at Bank of America. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Maryland at College Park and has received certifications from NACE, The John Maxwell Team, and Gallup.
