Nicole Degraff

Nicole DeGraff has extensive work experience in various roles. Nicole started their career in 2006 as a Team Lead at Affiliated Computer Services, where they were responsible for quality assurance, compliance, and training procedures. In 2008, they joined WorldClaim as the Director of Operations, where they oversaw daily operations, sales, and human resource management. In 2010, they became the CEO of Coletree Security, a full-service security and investigations firm. In this role, they provided unarmed security personnel for various sites and events.

Nicole DeGraff received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Management and Human Resources, from Utica University. In addition, they obtained a New York State Public Adjuster certification in December 2011 from the New York State Department of Financial Services.
