Pshemek Kołaczek has a long history of work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked for Delta Contact Sp. z o.o. as a Project Coordinator, Customer Service Quality Control and Customer Service Consultant. In 2014, they moved to RETCON as a Telemarketer, Business Development Microsoft and IBM systems. In 2015, they worked for Planet Escape as a CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAVEL SPECIALIST. From 2016 to 2018, they worked for Soho Gyms as a Front of House and Fitness Instructor. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for Grimshaw as an Office Supervisor and for 20.20 Limited as an Office Manager - contract. Currently, they work for Gett as a Health and Safety and Office Manager, and Worldsensing as an Office Manager and People Operations Support. Their roles have included management of office operations, Health and Safety, implementation and management of the Environmental Management System, reconciliation of company expenditure and managing the budget, managing all utilities and recurring external services, organising office events for employees, and on boarding new employees.

Pshemek Kołaczek obtained a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies and Enterprise Management from Kozminski University in 2013. In 2016, they received a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF) - Gym - Based Exercise from YMCA Awards. Lastly, in 2021, they obtained a National Diploma in Environmental Management from NEBOSH.
