Rachel Veld Conover

Rachel Veld Conover has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Rachel is currently the Global Human Resources Director at Worldwide Clinical Trials since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Talent Business Partner (HRBP) at Signant Health from 2021 to 2023, where they played a key role in driving culture transformation and organization design. Before that, Rachel held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at GE Renewable Energy from 2019 to 2021, where they supported various client groups and was responsible for a 350-employee team. Rachel also worked as a Human Resources Manager at GE Power from 2017 to 2019, where they provided HR direction and coaching for client groups. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles at GE Energy Connections, GE Aviation, Adecco Employment Services, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and Veld Farms, Inc. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated their expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and employee advocacy.

Rachel Veld Conover, SPHR holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Psychology from Calvin University, obtained from 2003 to 2006.
