Eric Lau 劉智軒 / エリックラウ

Eric Lau is the Head of Engineering (Interim) at Woven by Toyota, where Eric also holds the title of Head of Product in the CEO Office. Eric has experience in domain leadership in areas such as Product Management, Brand Strategy, Design, UX Research, and Engineering. Prior to this, Eric worked at Mox Bank as the Head of Customer, focusing on Growth & Service Design, as well as Data. Eric also took on the role of Head of Customer (Data) in the absence of the Chief Data Officer. Eric has also worked at Standard Chartered Bank, Westpac Group, IMC Trading, and King & Wood Mallesons in various roles related to product management, technology innovation, and business intelligence. Eric holds a BE (Hons) in Software Engineering from UNSW.
