Eric Vincent

Eric Vincent has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Eric is currently working as a Software Engineer at Woven by Toyota since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lyft as a Software Engineer from August 2020 to July 2021, where they focused on deep sensor fusion for an end-to-end perception system for autonomous vehicles.

Before Lyft, Eric worked as a Software Engineering intern at Lyft Level 5 in 2019. Eric contributed to the improvement of the 3D object detection system by reducing training vs inference data mismatch and enhancing the power of the model.

In 2018, they interned at Microsoft on the Azure Media Services team. Eric worked on improving the Key Delivery service, which validates access tokens from content providers to grant users access to content.

Eric's internship in 2017 was at DeepMap, Inc., where they developed systems for ground and car detection in sparse LiDAR point clouds and object tracking and velocity estimation across multiple point clouds.

In 2016, they interned at Savioke, where they contributed to the development of Relay robots that autonomously make deliveries in hotels.

Prior to that, Eric interned at Metanautix in 2015, working as a front-end developer for their product Quest, which helps large companies manage and access their large-scale data.

Starting in 2011, Eric worked as a Graphic Designer at Stanford Open until 2015. In 2014, they worked as a software engineering intern at Camio, where they wrote code to aggregate company statistics and metrics into useful graphs for analysis. Overall, Eric's work experience demonstrates their expertise in software engineering, particularly in the areas of autonomous vehicles, media services, mapping systems, and data management.

Eric Vincent attended Gunn High School from 2013 to 2016. After completing high school, they enrolled at Stanford University in 2016 and completed their education in 2020. Eric pursued studies in the field of Computer Science during their time at Stanford University.
