Head of Customer Success at Wowzi

Kush Savani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kush began their career as the Head of Business Development and Operations at SandMartin - Outsourcing Experts, where they provided consultancy advice to CA/CPA companies and focused on generating new business and expanding sales.

Kush then transitioned to the fashion industry, where they worked as a Celebrity Stylist and Fashion Consultant at Kush Savani Fashion Consultant & Celebrity Stylist. In this role, they managed a team and built relationships with clients, styling them for red-carpet events and driving brand awareness and sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns.

Kush then joined ITP Media Group as the Head of Operations - Talent Management & Campaign Execution. Kush played a key role in creating ROI-focused influencer campaigns, facilitating events with digital talent, and ensuring alignment with client briefs. Kush also negotiated talent contracts and rates, maintained professional ethics, and ensured the smooth delivery of content.

Most recently, Kush has been working at Wowzi, where they have held two positions. Kush joined as the Global Head of Influencer Success, working on the growth and expansion of the Wowzi app across multiple markets in the African region. Kush collaborated with the CEO to scale the business, oversaw influencer acquisition and onboarding, and designed programs to attract and build communities.

Currently, Kush serves as the Head of Customer Success at Wowzi. In this role, they focus on building exceptional customer experiences, developing trusted advisor relationships, and managing the client lifecycle. Kush is responsible for onboarding new clients, defining account management SOPs, overseeing campaign fulfillment, analyzing post-campaign performance, mitigating churn, and continuously improving customer success impact and capabilities.

Kush Savani attended the University of Warwick from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Economics. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained a Sprout Social Platform Certification from Sprout Social, Inc. in July 2022.
