Bhagyesh Phanse

Bhagyesh Phanse has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bhagyesh began their career as a Project Trainee at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in 2005. Bhagyesh then worked at Steve & Barry's as an Inventory Manager, Logistics Project Manager, and Strategic Analyst from 2007 to 2008. After that, they joined ES3 as a Supply Chain Analyst and eventually became the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & Financial Planning from 2009 to 2012. Bhagyesh then transitioned to Macy's, where they held various Vice President roles in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Data Governance, and Analytics from 2012 to 2020. Bhagyesh continued their career at CVS Health as the Vice President of Front Store Personalization Analytics before moving on to their most recent role as the Vice President of Analytics and Data Science at Starbucks.

Bhagyesh Phanse completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics at the University of Mumbai from 2002 to 2006. Bhagyesh then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Operations Research & Information Engineering at Cornell University from 2006 to 2007.
