Tony Hoang has worked in the software and hardware engineering industry for over 25 years. tony began their career in 1994 at SILICON GRAPHICS INC as a Software/Manufacturing Engineer. In 1995, they moved to Prism Solutions Inc. as a Software Engineer and then to Liquid Software Inc. as a Senior Software Consultant in 1997. tony then worked at Knights Technology Inc. as a Senior CAD Software Engineer from 1998 to 2004. After that, they joined Sun Microsystems as a Principal software/hardware engineer until 2010. In 2017, they began working at YourMechanic as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, where they acted as Head of Engineering and Head of SRE team. In 2022, they moved to Wrench, Inc., where they are currently the Sr. Software Engineering Manager and Head of engineering team at YourMechanic.com.

Tony Hoang is currently attending the University of California, Davis, where they are studying Computer Software Engineering.
