Ivo Manthey

Ivo Manthey is currently a Studentische Hilfskraft at WTM Engineers GmbH, involved in various tasks related to the object planning of the U5-Mitte-Hamburg project, with insights into the static assessment of the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel and the creation of approval statistics for steel structures. Previously, Ivo served as a Bauingenieur at ZÜBLIN, where responsibilities included conducting static verifications for reinforced concrete, steel, and wooden structures, as well as geotechnical assessments for walls and foundations on several projects, including the A7 expansion and the modernization of the University of Bielefeld. Early experience includes working as a Geselle in Zimmerei at Holzbau Ilg, focusing on renovation and new construction using wooden panel construction methods. Ivo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering from Technische Hochschule Lübeck, a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz, and formal training as a Zimmermann.
