David Magnan

David Magnan has extensive work experience in the field of biosciences. David currently holds the position of Principal Scientist at WuXi Advanced Therapies since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Avance Biosciences, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2020, holding the positions of Group Leader and Senior Scientist. Before that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at Rice University from March 2015 to October 2016, conducting research in the Bioengineering lab under the guidance of Dr. George Bennett and Dr. Ka-Yiu San.

David Magnan received their Bachelor's degree in Biomolecular Science from Central Connecticut State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. David then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Baylor College of Medicine from 2008 to 2015, majoring in the Program in Integrative Molecular and Biomedical Science.
