Jennifer Cwiklinski

Jennifer Cwiklinski has worked in a variety of positions since 1995. Jennifer began their career as a Sales Representative at US Cellular in 1995. In 2002, they took on the role of Account Manager at IKON Office Solutions. In 2003, they moved on to become a Business Development Manager at Integrated Information Systems, Inc. Jennifer then joined Bedrock Managed Services and Consulting in 2004 as an Enterprise Technology Advisor. In 2006, they were hired as a Process and Delivery Control Specialist at Provident Technologies, Inc. In 2008, they assumed the role of VP - Business Development at X-Centric Solutions. From 2014 to 2017, they served as an Applications Manager - Human Capital Management and Senior Business Analyst - SAP HCM at Joy Global Inc. Finally, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer and Principal at X-Centric IT Solutions in 2017.

Jennifer Cwiklinski graduated from Carroll University in 1995 with a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology. Prior to that, they attended Greenfield HS.
