Baderkhan Ramo has a strong background in engineering, with experience in various organizations. Baderkhan started their career in 2014 as a Project Engineer at the Norwegian Refugee Council. From there, they worked as a QA/QC Engineer at DALO Group in 2015 and as a WASH supervisor at Croix-Rouge française from August 2015 to January 2016. Baderkhan then joined the International Rescue Committee in April 2016 as an Economic and Recovery Development Senior officer. Later in 2016, they became a Field Engineer at Trevi Group, before moving on to their most recent position as a Senior Project Engineer at Welthungerhilfe, where they worked from March 2017 to November 2022.
Baderkhan Ramo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Duhok from 2010 to 2014. During the same period, they also acquired a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Water Resources Engineering from the same institution.
