Aron de Groot

Aron de Groot has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Aron began their career as a Team Leader at 11 Luchtmobiele Brigade in 1998, followed by a Team Leader role at AS Watson in 2003. From 2005 to 2011, they were Manager CSSD and Team Leader CSSD at Rijnstate. In 2011, they began working at Interster International as a Productmanager Investment Solutions & CSSD and Account/Product Manager. Aron also worked as a Docent at Edin Dental Academy and as a Guest Speaker at the National Congres of Dental Assistents and European Veterinary Congres. From 2015 to 2022, they were Director of Operations and QA Manager a.i. at famos bv. Aron is currently Director of Operations/COO at Xeltis.

Aron de Groot has a varied educational background. Aron completed a Post hbo Management program in 2009-2010, earning an HBO+ degree in Management Development Program. Aron then completed an hbo program in 2007-2009, earning an hbo degree in HBO Management, NCOI. In 2014, they completed an Expert Sterile Medical Devices program at UMC UTRECHT, earning a degree in Healthcare. Subsequently, they completed courses in QA/Productmanagement at NEN in 2019 and QA and Risk magement/QA/Productmanagement at MD Projects in 2020.
