Jackie Laskowski

Jackie Laskowski has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. Jackie began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Manager with Ford Motor Credit Company. In 2001, they joined Ford Motor Company in the role of Manager, Human Resources/Labor Relations. Jackie subsequently held roles as Human Resources Manager for Ford Credit and Human Resources Manager for Six Sigma Black Belt, where they conducted Six Sigma Black Belt projects and trained and supervised Green Belts. In 2009, Jackie took on the role of Regional Human Resources Manager with ServiceMaster, where they functioned as a strategic and tactical HR business partner to division, regional and branch leaders. In 2012, they joined Syncreon as Senior HR Manager, Employee Relations. From 2013-2016, Jackie held the role of Senior HR Business Leader with The CJR Partnership, where they collaborated with clients to define HR needs to meet business goals. Jackie currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Xoran Technologies, where they provide HR leadership to the company CEO and Executive Board, and partners with employees on all employment matters.

Jackie Laskowski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Education degree from Wayne State University with a focus in Instructional Technology.
