Rajiv Singh is leading the software department of XtraNet Technologies Private Limited. He comes with 14 years of experience in IT industry with excellent knowledge in Software Engineering and Project Management.He is a competent professional with excellence in managing end-to-end delivery/program/project planning&implementation from scope management, to activity sequencing, effort&cost estimation, pre sales activities, risk analysis to quality management in line with the guidelines&norms.

He holds Master’s degree in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani, India and is a member of Project Management Institute, USA. Rajiv is PMP® Certified Project Manager & PMI-ACP® Certified Agile Practitioner. In his career, he managed various government engagements (in Defence and DISCOMS domains).He is highly skilled in defining and implementing latest Project Management principles, managing project staff, controlling P&L of all software projects and accountable for delivering projects as per standards of quality, schedule&cost.

Rajiv has spearheaded execution of major signature programs, using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including estimation, requirement gathering, gap analysis, impact analysis, testing, go-live assistance and planning risk responses. He is excellent in tools & processes to optimize product engineering throughput and quality to ensure solutions delivered are of the highest quality possible.
