Richard Sosa currently serves as the Senior Director of Engagement at the MacMillan Center and previously held the role of Program Director for the Council on East Asian Studies at Yale University since October 2012. With experience in administrative and academic programming, Richard is responsible for overseeing outreach efforts related to East Asian Studies. Prior to these roles, Richard worked as Program Manager and Program Coordinator in International Development at Yale from September 2008 to May 2012, and also coordinated the Mellon Mays and Bouchet Undergraduate Fellowships. Richard holds a Master of Philosophy in the History of Science and History of Medicine from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Chinese from Williams College.
