Ryan Spear

Ryan Spear has extensive experience in demand planning and operations within various industries. Currently serving as a Demand Planner at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since September 2017, Ryan is responsible for planning and forecasting inventory needs based on sales data and market trends to enhance sales performance while managing inventory levels. Previously, Ryan held positions as an Assistant Planner at State Street Bank and Trust Company and an Operations Processing Analyst at UMass Dining. Early career experience includes a role as a Student Worker at UMass Dining and a Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations & Information Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2017, following a high school diploma from Cathedral High School in Springfield, MA.
