Irem Yigin Ozyurt

Irem Yigin Ozyurt has a strong background in Human Resources, working in various roles and organizations over the years. Irem started their career in 2012 at Ford Motor Company as an HR Specialist, where they provided expertise in central HR functions, such as rotations, succession planning, and strategic HR planning. Irem also acted as the primary point of contact for other departments, offering support in recruitment, career management, and organizational design.

In 2014, Irem joined Koç Holding A.Ş. as a Leadership Development & Talent Management Specialist. Irem was responsible for talent acquisition and played a key role in developing leadership programs and managing talent within the organization. Irem held this role until 2017 when they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager.

Irem then moved to Yapı Kredi Teknoloji in 2017 as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations and leading the team in various HR initiatives. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, where they continue to contribute their expertise in HR strategy and management.

In 2023, Irem will join Yapı Kredi as their Human Resources Director, further advancing their career in the field of HR.

Irem Yigin Ozyurt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University between 2005 and 2010.
