Yasemin Koc has a strong background in customer experience, customer service, and sales management. Yasemin began their career at Garanti BBVA in 2004, where they held various positions including Help Desk Agent, Strategic Support Planning Expert, Supervisor Call Center Sales Team, and Supervisor Outsource Partner Management. In 2010, they joined Garanti BBVA Payment Systems as the Outsource Partner Management and Second Card Manager. Yasemin later became the Manager of Central Sales & Outsource Management, where they were responsible for motivating and leading outsource sales teams, developing effective sales strategies, and managing relationships with outsource companies. In 2017, Yasemin moved to Yapı Kredi as the Director of Customer Service and Complaint Management, where they focused on leading customer services, managing capacity and SLA, and increasing customer and employee experience. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Yapı Kredi, where they are responsible for adopting customer-centric culture and using customer feedback in decision-making.

Yasemin Koc completed their education at Marmara University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a field of study in Iktisadi ve Idari Bilimler Fakultesi. Yasemin furthered their education at Bahcesehir University from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their university education, they attended Şişli Anadolu Lisesi from 1998 to 2002, specializing in the field of Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Yasemin Koc possesses various certifications from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School, demonstrating their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
