Pajo Bruich is a seasoned executive in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Yardbird Group since March 2023, overseeing $80 million in annual revenue. Additionally, Pajo is a member of the Board of Directors for the California Restaurant Association, focusing on supporting the hospitality industry amidst current challenges.
