Natalie Keeling

Natalie Keeling is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Director at Yeo Valley Production Ltd since April 2019, Natalie previously held the HR Director position at British Ceramic Tile from November 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included leading HR, Training, Safety, and Customer Service teams. Earlier roles include Head of Human Resources at CH & Co, HR Project & Process Manager at Swarovski, Retail HR Officer at Animal, and Employee Relations Support Officer at Bournemouth Borough Council. Natalie holds a PG Diploma in Personnel & Development from Solent University and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
