Sarah Marawi, MHA, SHRM-SCP (she/her)

Sarah Marawi, MHA, SHRM-SCP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Sarah began their career as a Project Manager at Feniex Industries in 2010, where they stayed until 2016 when they moved to Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC as a Human Resources employee. In 2013, they joined Austin Peace Academy as HR/Office Admin. In 2019, they moved to Iris Telehealth as Director of People and is currently the Head of People at Yes Hearing.

Sarah Marawi, MHA, SHRM-SCP (she/her) has a long and impressive education history. Sarah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011 and their Master's degree in Masters of Health Administration from Texas State University in 2015. Additionally, Sarah has obtained several certifications, including a CQ Certified Facilitator and CQ Certified Facilitator: Train The Trainer Program from the Cultural Intelligence Center in February 2022, HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in June 2019, and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2018.
