Elizabeth Soto

Elizabeth Soto has extensive experience in recruiting and sales roles. Elizabeth currently works at YETI as a Senior Recruiter, a position they have held since March 2023. Before this, they worked as a Recruiter at YETI from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior to joining YETI, Elizabeth worked at The Personnel Store, Inc. as a Recruiter from October 2017 to April 2019. Elizabeth also held the position of Recruiting and Relationship Manager at EPSG from June 2017 to October 2017. Elizabeth began their career as a Sales Consultant at Houston Dynamo in May 2015. Elizabeth then worked as a Sales Trainee at MLS National Sales Center from January 2015 to May 2015. Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated their skills in recruitment, sales, and relationship management.

Elizabeth Soto obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing with a Spanish Minor from New Mexico State University from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they also participated in a Study Abroad Experience at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on International Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in July 2020.
