Gergana Dobreva

Gergana Dobreva has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Gergana started their career at Henkel in 2007 as a Human Resources Assistant before being promoted to roles such as Human Resources & Legal Assistant and Human Resources Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including payroll administration, compensation and benefits administration, staff recruitment, training, and legal support. In 2014, they became the Human Resources Manager at Henkel. In 2016, they joined Yettel.Bulgaria as Head of Payroll, Personnel Administration and Mobility.

Gergana Dobreva completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Pedagogy at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics of Human Resources and Human Resources Management specialization from the University of National and World Economy, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
