William van Pelt

William Van Pelt has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. William most recently served as the Chief Advancement Officer at the YMCA of Austin. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Executive Vice President at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they played a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives focused on fundraising, marketing and communications, training and quality, and workforce development. Before that, William served as the CEO of the HeartGift Foundation, where they led change management and increased revenue through strategic partnerships. William also held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at UNICEF, where they successfully created and managed the department and cultivated donor relationships. Additionally, William worked as the Director of Administration and Information Technology at the Human Rights Campaign and as the Manager of Operations, North America at Adecco. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in various organizational settings.

William Van Pelt received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Southern Methodist University in 1990.
