Paul Mantell

Paul Mantell has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Paul served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer for the YMCA of Metro North from 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at the YMCA of Greater Boston from 2008 to 2017. Paul also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Unidine Corporation from 2006 to 2008, overseeing all HR activities for 1,200 team members. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Unicco Services and Arch Wireless. Paul began their career at Marshall's and Filene's, where they held various roles in buying, store sales management, and recruiting. Throughout their career, Paul Mantell has demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive HR strategies and supporting business goals.

Paul Mantell obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Management from Springfield College, Regional and Online, from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at Northeastern University, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration-Marketing between 1977 and 1982. Additionally, Paul Mantell holds a certification in Non-Profit Leadership from Notre Dame University.
