Diabetes Prevention - Facilitator at YMCA of Silicon Valley

Lily Phan, RD, MS, CNSC, CDCES, is a clinical dietitian at Palomar Health, responsible for implementing medical nutrition therapy and providing education to patients and caregivers. In addition to current work, Lily serves as the Lead Registered Dietitian for the Nourish Project at Stanford University School of Medicine, guiding interns in developing culturally relevant cookbooks and nutrition education for over 2,500 community members. Founder of the "Menus for Gestational Diabetes" group, Lily promotes healthy meal preparation among Vietnamese women. As a Diabetes Prevention Facilitator at YMCA of Silicon Valley, Lily has conducted numerous education sessions to support weight loss and lifestyle changes. Previous experience includes dietetic internships at Stanford Health Care and Santa Cruz City Schools, a wellness coaching role at Stanford University, and business development positions at LinkedIn and Gartner. Lily holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Nutrition Sciences from San Jose State University.
