Janel Wirta

Janel Wirta has extensive experience in the health and wellness field. Janel is currently the Wellness Director at YMCA of the Suncoast. Prior to this, Janel worked as a Fitness Director at Grand Living Management and Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. Janel also served as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor at Juniper Seed Wellness. In addition, they worked as a SAIDO Chief Lead Supporter and Wellness Coordinator at Covenant Retirement Communities. Janel has also worked independently as a Child Care Provider. Janel gained internship experience at Covenant Village of Florida and volunteered at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale and Hospice of Palm Beach County.

Janel Wirta completed their education at Florida Atlantic University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Janel obtained this degree between the years 2011 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Janel Wirta has obtained several certifications related to their field.
