Charlotte Thatcher

Charlotte Thatcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Charlotte is currently working as the SVP People at YOOBIC since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People at Oodle Finance from February 2017 to March 2022. During their tenure at Oodle Finance, they played a crucial role in the company's growth, managing a workforce of 560 employees across three main offices in the UK.

Before joining Oodle Finance, Charlotte co-founded Flying Colours in January 2014. Flying Colours aimed to help teenagers and young adults develop the skills necessary for securing university placements, work experience, internships, or apprenticeships.
