Rob Kagan

Senior Customer Experience (CX) Strategist at Youreka

Rob Kagan has over 30 years of experience in customer experience and operations. Rob started their career in 1989 as Founder and Director of Product Management at World View Graphics, a boutique retail chain located in resort locations from St. John USVI to Martha's Vineyard. In 2000, they founded Chappy Unlimited, Inc., a SaaS business model providing property management services across 5 in-house divisions. From 2010 to 2021, Kagan served as Principal, Operations & Customer Experience Consultant at Boxless Consulting, a business consulting practice focused on helping businesses to streamline or scale operations while providing a consistent and excellent customer experience. In 2018, they took on the role of Advisor and Director of Customer Experience at 3D Apartment, a SaaS based B2B software solution. In 2021, Kagan joined PreservTech and Studybot as an Advisory Board Member. Rob also joined Pomelo Health as Principal Consultant to overhaul onboarding protocols and content. Currently, Kagan is a Senior Customer Experience (CX) Strategist at Youreka and an Author of Noah's Rejects, a published memoir about the struggle to live around so much beauty and so much dysfunction on a tiny resort island off of Martha's Vineyard.

Rob Kagan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Brown University and attended Vassar College. Rob also holds two certifications, Customer Success Management 101 from Gainsight and Data Analysis Circuit from General Assembly, both obtained in January 2018.
