Kerry Barber

Kerry Barber is the current Head of Compliance at yulife. Prior to this, they were the Head of Risk and Compliance at Neilson Financial Services from November 2019 to May 2021. Kerry has also worked as an Interim Compliance Manager (Contractor) at Integro Insurance Brokers from July 2019 to November 2019, and as Group Compliance Director at JLT Group from April 2018 to July 2019. Kerry's other previous roles include Head Of Corporate Services at AIG Life from July 2015 to April 2018, Senior Compliance Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from December 2013 to July 2015, and Senior Compliance Manager at Unum from February 2008 to December 2013. Kerry began their career in compliance as a Compliance Officer (Contract) at Allianz from October 2007 to February 2008, before taking on the role of Compliance Auditor at Standard Life Healthcare from January 2004 to December 2007.

They are on a team with Katarina McKeever - Head of Sales Development, Jonathan Roomer - Co-Founder & Head of Customer Success, and Dan Greane - Chief Architect. Kerry Barber reports to Sammy Rubin, Co-Founder & CEO.
