Suzanne Caruana

Suzanne joined the board in 2020 and has overall responsibility for all things people at Z-Tech. Suzanne’s focus has been on making Z-Tech a great place to work. Leading the HR and Administrative teams and delivering key strategic projects and initiatives for employee engagement, health, wellbeing and training.

Suzanne holds a BA honours degree in Sociology and Social Policy, and a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Suzanne brings 7 years’ experience in delivering strategic HR solutions.
