Jim Ilaria has had a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. Jim began their career in 2000 as the Vice President of Business Strategy and Development for Marriott International. In 2003, they joined Archstone Consulting as a Partner, where they worked on post-merger integration, growth, business restaging and strategic sourcing. In 2006, they became an Operating Partner and Portfolio Company Board Member for Allied Capital. From 2010 to 2014, they served as an Independent Private Equity Operating Partner for various private equity firms. In 2014, they became the President and CEO of Potomac Family Dining Group, an Applebee's franchisee. In 2018, they were appointed Interim President of Igloo Products Corp. and President and CEO of UNO Restaurants, LLC. In 2020, they became the Interim President and CEO of TooJay's Deli Bakery Restaurant. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Zahroof Valves Inc.

Jim Ilaria has a MBA from Columbia Business School in Marketing & Finance and a BS from Rutgers University in Chemical Engineering.
