Meghan Naas

Meghan Naas has extensive experience in compliance and ethics roles. Meghan is currently the Senior Director, Global Operations Compliance Officer, and Interim US Compliance Officer at Zai Lab, where they are responsible for global operations and US ethics and compliance. Prior to that, they were the Director of Compliance and Ethics at bluebird bio, where they oversaw compliance and ethics initiatives for North America. Meghan also worked as an Associate Director of Compliance at TESARO, Inc., where they established the HCP spend transparency compliance and reporting function and the Anti-Bribery/Corruption Program. Earlier in their career, Meghan worked at Shepherd Kaplan LLC as a Consultant and later as the Director of Compliance/Risk and Special Projects. Meghan started their career at Investors Bank & Trust, where they held various roles including Institutional Custody Project Unit Manager, Senior Internal Auditor, Global Custody Operations Senior Representative, and Fund Accountant.

Meghan Naas obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Meghan further pursued their education at Boston College, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Meghan has obtained certifications in Healthcare Compliance and a Graduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Law & Compliance from the Seton Hall University School of Law, in 2017 and 2021 respectively.
