Ruba Nather

Ruba Nather has over 25 years of experience in the field of HR and talent development. Ruba began their career as a Talent & Development Team Leader at Zain in 1995, where they held this position until 2011. From 2011 to 2019, Ruba worked as a Talent & Development Manager at Zain, overseeing the company's HR processes. In 2019, they joined Zain Jordan - Zain Cash as the Head of HR. Later that year, Ruba was promoted to the role of Head of People & Culture at ZainCash.jo, where they currently work.

Ruba Nather earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business Administration from the University of Jordan, completing their education between 1988 and 1993.
