Isabella Medeiros has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Isabella began as a Front Office Intern at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts in 2009, followed by a Front Desk Operator role at Costa Cruises in 2010. In 2011, they were a Librarian at Glion Institute of Higher Education, a Front Office Management Trainee at The Leading Hotels of the World, and a Food & Beverage employee at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. From 2013 to 2017, they held various roles at SOHO China, including Online Marketing & Revenue Manager and Customer Service Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Online Distribution and Reservation Manager and Reservations Manager at AMAN. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Guest Relations Manager at Silversea Cruises and an Operations Manager and Operations Associate at Zamna.
Isabella Medeiros began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended the Glion Institute of Higher Education, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management. Isabella then continued their education at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2012. In addition, Isabella has two Master's degrees from Cornell University; one in Revenue Management with Focus on Hospitality Marketing and the other in Revenue.
