Laith Adas, MBA

Laith Adas, MBA has extensive experience in various roles related to technology, business architecture, and digital transformation. Laith currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Zand, where they lead the design and development of a fully digitalized retail and corporate bank in the GCC region. Laith aligns strategic business objectives with enterprise architecture strategies and models to create value and plan deployments. Prior to this, they were a Board Member and CTO at Chefsy, where they secured funding and launched the platform in Canada. Laith also worked as an Advisor to the Board of Directors at Boutiqaat Beauty & Accessories Products, driving growth strategies and implementing internal project management. Laith founded Omni Shopping Cart and transitioned the company into a boutique consultancy specializing in digital transformation and eCommerce. Earlier in their career, Laith held senior technology strategy and architecture roles at MarkaVIP, where they played a key role in the company's expansion into new regions. Laith also worked as a BPM Lead at SSSProcess and a Senior BPM Consultant at eSense Software. Laith started their career as an Enterprise Architecture Consultant at Y-Consult and as a TQM Engineer at MWT. Laith Adas, MBA completed their Executive MBA in Strategy from Lancaster University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Hashemite University. Additionally, in March 2017, Laith obtained a certification in Process Mining, Data Science in Action from Eindhoven University of Technology.
