Pauline Worters is a seasoned software engineering program manager with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Software Engineering Program Manager at ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc., Pauline previously held the position of Director of Software at Talis Biomedical Corporation, where leadership included the development of embedded software for diagnostic devices and cross-functional collaborations across various teams. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager positions at Kittyhawk and Roche, focusing on software development processes and project management from conception to launch.
